The complimentary champagne was a lovely touch, but suitcase space was tight.

Gorgeous hotel located close to the Anne Frank House, a perfect area for walking around and airport. Huge and nicely decorated unit with garden, amiable staff. Unbeatable location - close to West Street.

the location was absolutely perfect because it was close enough to many nice restaurants and great cafes, bars and restaurants. everything was perfect and the staff were super friendly. i had the double room which was huge and modern with garden.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and nice and had marvellous location short walk to boutiques, good eating experiences close by and local restaurants and things to do. The staff was very kind throughout the day.

The limited space for suitcases made organizing belongings annoying!!! I wished for clearer signage as navigating to the hotel was confusing. Photos of the rooms did not match reality, leaving me disappointed.

It was a strong match for a brief hiatus in Amsterdam with decent value for money. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise and made mornings more enjoyable. Don't forget to explore the nearby restaurants, as some are really good.

Staying at Villa 360 was a delight. The canal room had charming views and felt so spacious. Fatos, like complimentary treats upon arrival. I loved the personalized app she provided before our trip. It was full of local recommendations that enhanced our stay. The bathroom was immaculate and offered every amenity you could want. Space for our suitcases felt limited was good. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, I noticed some noise from the nearby street during the night. Would definitely recommend Villa 360 for its unique decor and really good service.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. Fatos had champagne waiting in our room on arrival . The garden area was like stepping into another world, we even had dinner outside on one of the nights. Every detail was cared for it was really something.

It wasn't affordable but for what we got it was worth it.

The spacious King Room with Garden View featured really good décor and was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Fatos provided invaluable local insights and restaurant recommendations prior to arrival. Fresh and local products were used throughout, though I found the suitcase space a bit limited was great. Noise from the nearby street occasionally disrupted the serene atmosphere, but overall, the cute environment and attention to detail were commendable.

Really good Host and Beautiful Location

Fatos greeted us warmly and offered fantastic suggestions on things to do and see in the area. The room was tastefully decorated and had lovely fresh flowers, perfectly complementing the charming canal-side setting. Plus, it was so nice to be within walking distance of great restaurants and sites. There's nothing here to complain about. I just wish we could have stayed longer!
